For those seeking substantial and tangible benefits from our Health & Wellness Coaching program, we recommend a minimum engagement of six months.
Why six months? This time frame allows you to truly immerse yourself in the process, cultivating lasting habits and embracing significant positive changes. After six months, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your journey, celebrating achievements and milestones, assess your progress, refine your goals, and decide on the new horizons you wish to explore.

Meet Your Coach
Laura Dolan M.Ed, BCBA
I earned my undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. Shortly after graduating, I began working at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center (DDDC), a school program for individuals diagnosed with Autism. At the DDDC, I received intensive training in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. I enjoyed my work so much that I decided to pursue my master’s in Special Education and obtained my Behavior Analyst Certification. While completing the coursework for my BCBA I continued my work at the DDDC, working in a highly structured ABA classroom which enabled me to integrate theory with practice. When I am not working I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. You can also find me running along the boardwalk or in your local road race! More recently I have followed a lifelong passion of living a healthy lifestyle and continued personal growth by becoming a certified health and wellbeing coach. I am excited to combine my knowledge of the science of applied behavior analysis with my coaching skills to partner with individuals to help them make meaningful and sustainable behavior change!
